The project took place inside of a torus, which is a donut-shaped vessel
used to hold cooling water in case of an emergency. The only ways to
access the inside were two 54-inch (137 cm) manholes.
The manufacturer developed a coating to show when the
mix was on or off ratio: blue epoxy base + white curing
agent = light blue coating. Too light or dark meant a fix
was needed.
