"On this project, Surface Technolog y, Inc. handled the contract administra- tion, supplied materials, and provided project management. Installation labor and equipment was supplied by FlorLine. Work was completed several days ahead of schedule, on budget, w ith zero punch list." According to Greenblatt, bringing in a new coatings subcontractor was an attempt for the general contractor (GC) to get things back on schedule. "Supposedly, this is potentially the first project that they may not bring in on time," he said. e timing, therefore, was a "critical factor."
