COATINGSPRO MARCH 2017 71 Marco Releases Heated Coatings Tank Marco is increasing the size of its heated coating tanks by adding the Spraymaster 60 Gallon Heated Coatings Tank. e tank is used to hold, heat, and blend a coating material, and the round tank design allows for even mixing and heating of the coating. e large capacity tank accommodates up to 60 gal. (227.1 L) of material used with high-production plural coating systems. It features an electric immer- sion heater that maintains a consistent temperature of a liquid solution, which transfers heat to the coating material in the tank. is heat transfer reduces the viscosity of the material, allowing for improved blending by a pneumatically driven agitator.
