This prestigious award is for innovative manufacturing products and is highly regarded in the industry because the Bet ter Side Sea ls ha s developed a product that prevents the meta l-tometal scoring of mixing chambers and origina l side sea ls. The Better Side Seals cup washer acts as a combination f lat ba ll bearing squeegee that removes the lithium grease from the sides of the mixing chamber inlet ports as well as residual chemicals from the outside of the ports after spraying. The cup washer eliminates scoring of the mixing chamber by reducing the contact between the chemicals being applied and the lithium grease, which results in crystallization, resulting in reduced down time and increased productivity. Better Side Seals cup washers are available for the Graco Air Purge and Probler P1, P2 plural component guns. For more information, contact: Better Side Seals, Reader Inquiry # 3342
