T he customer chose Dav ron because of the industr ia l oven solutions prov ider's ex per ience in building ovens for the aerospace industr y and the qua lit y of both its desig n and manufactur ing work. T he batch ovens w il l be commissioned in the f irst quar ter of 2015. Meeting a l l safet y and industr y standards required for the cur ing process, Dav ron's batch ovens w il l per for m one of the most cr itica l components in the overa l l honeycomb manufactur ing process. T he cores w il l be loaded onto a powered custom product car t that w il l then proceed into the oven. T he car t w il l utilize a ser ies of dampers and blank-offs to ensure that the air f low, which fol lows a hor izonta l patter n, is directed through each of the cores. T he cores w il l remain in the heated chamber for a predeter mined amount of time until the coating is cured.
