Te message that I, as a consumer, take from that is: Tis is a company that pays attention to details, which is something I look for in profession- als. Ultimately, then, this company attracted me by using its brand to convey its values. How else do you convey your company's values in 2016? Try these three tips: 1. If you haven't already, ensure that your company has a memorable, meaningful tag line. One company's tag line, for example, is "We Set the Standard." It's a smart tag line — short enough to be memorable, and with meaning. I take from this that this company thinks about worth; that's a value I can get behind. Even if your company doesn't have or want a tag line, you can still operate under one and provide cohesion and meaning to the interactions custom- ers have with you. 2. Push for your website to have the most-needed information, and in any easy-to-find place. Your compa- ny's website is obviously a key part of conveying your brand, both in terms of look and attitude, but it doesn't need to be extensive (or expensive!). It just needs to provide viewers with the information they're looking for: products/services, prices, company location(s), and contact information (including an email address and business hours). Customers use this information to decide if your company fits what they're looking for. 3. Align any social media activities with your brand's attitude.
