This world-class resort is situated on 25 pristine acres of tropical elegance, providing visitors with unlimited access to sandy beaches, majestic wildlife and so much more. The four-story building that plays host to the resort's tens of thousands of annual visitors features 210 of the finest condo- minium suites in the world, in addition to more than 7,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Suites vary in size from one to three bedrooms, but regardless of size, they all come standard 40 CoatingsPro J January 2009 with a balcony that offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape and the rolling waters of the Gulf. While the coastal location and scenic views create an ideal backdrop for relaxing travelers, the combination of sea breezes, saltwater, and unrelenting sunshine can be detrimen- tal to the structure itself. The resort's facility and engineering personnel recently found this out firsthand, when the build- ing's 120,000-square-foot, light-gauge steel, standing seam metal roof began to rust and leak due to the area's unusually high humidity. The damage was minimal, but it was only going to get worse, and resort officials knew that the building's signature green-colored roof had to be repaired quickly before the leaking began to disrupt
